Business Finance Manager

About the role

The Business Finance Manager will provide analysis, reporting and market intelligence to enable the Division to meet its strategic objectives. This role supports annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reviews while acting as a liaison between the business unit and central finance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analyses of new projects, investments and market expansions to assess viability and strategic fit.
• Develop financial models and scenario forecasts to support informed decision‑making.
• Calculate ROI for initiatives and prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
• Perform ad‑hoc profitability, cost‑benefit and margin analyses as required.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks, propose mitigation strategies and support contingency planning.
• Collaborate with central budgeting team to produce accurate budgets aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and update financial forecasts, dashboards and management reports using Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to develop financial models and conduct ROI assessments.
• Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
