Business Manager - Premium Car Care Centre

About the role

Naoki Motors (Premium Car Care) is looking for an experienced Business Manager for its growing team in Dubai. The role suits candidates with a background in automotive business management, sales and strategic planning, especially in the premium German and European vehicle segment. The manager drives sales growth, builds customer relationships and oversees the centre's performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Create strategic business plans, identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
• Build relationships with premium vehicle owners, dealerships and business partners.
• Oversee the sales and service advisor team, ensuring enquiries are handled well, quotations are accurate, follow-ups are timely and sales targets are met.
• Develop service packages, pricing proposals and customer retention initiatives.
• Work with the marketing team on campaign and promotion ideas.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, market trends and competitors.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams so commitments match service capacity and quality.

Required profile

• Proven years of experience in the UAE in automotive sales, business development or commercial management.
• Strong understanding of German and European vehicles and the expectations of premium car owners.
• Experience developing sales plans, growing revenue and building long-term customer relationships.
• Experience with a premium car care centre or specialist service centre is an advantage.
