Business Set-up Consultant – French Speaker

About the role

The Business Set-up Consultant (French Speaker) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, helping clients launch and structure their companies in the UAE. You will act as the primary advisor on legal forms, licensing, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a smooth and timely set‑up process.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire business formation journey, from needs assessment to final registration.
• Advise on appropriate legal structures, licensing requirements, and regulatory procedures.
• Prepare, review, and submit documentation to local authorities and partners.
• Coordinate with government agencies, service providers, and internal teams to meet milestone deadlines.
• Manage client portfolios, provide regular status updates, and resolve operational issues.
• Research market trends, identify new business opportunities, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess client needs and interpret regulatory information.
• Consulting and management consulting experience to design tailored solutions and manage projects.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent French and proficient English.
• Foundational finance knowledge to evaluate business plans and cost structures.
• Relevant experience in business set‑up, corporate services, or professional services within the UAE/GCC.
• Organizational excellence, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proactive, client‑focused mindset and willingness to work on‑site in a multicultural team.
