Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Business Link is a consultancy firm with 15+ years of experience in business setup and corporate advisory across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other markets. It is looking for a Business Setup Advisor who is client-first, understands the end-to-end business setup process, communicates well, works under pressure and can multitask.

Key responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment and manage achievement of targets as specified by the company.
• Provide excellent service and support to clients, keeping them regularly updated, and act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
• Convince clients to use the firm as their corporate service provider for business incorporation, VAT advisory, PRO services and banking services.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks and advise clients with out-of-the-box solutions suited to their needs.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and be willing to put in extra hours when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct client-facing sales as a Business Setup Advisor; candidates with business banking experience will also be considered.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws and practical processes, and familiarity with UAE labor and immigration ministries and other government bodies.
• Business knowledge across different industries, including business modeling, feasibility studies and business planning.
• Knowledge of free zone processes (MEYDAN, SHAMS, IFZA, DMCC, HAFZA, RAKEZ, MYZ and more) is a plus.
