Business Setup Consultant - Russian Speaker

About the role

RadiantBiz Management Consultancy, a business setup consultancy based in Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant who speaks Russian. The consultant guides Russian-speaking clients on setting up and expanding their businesses in Dubai and across the UAE, advising on company structures, licensing options and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations, understand their business requirements and recommend company structures, licensing options and jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review documentation and coordinate with government authorities and banks.
• Support clients with PRO, visa and regulatory processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate banking, finance and compliance services.
• Maintain accurate records, give regular progress updates and ensure clear communication in Russian and English.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, interpret regulatory requirements and design business setup strategies.
• Solid consulting and management consulting skills to advise on company structures, market entry and growth plans.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent Russian and strong English.
• Foundational finance skills to understand banking products, trade finance and commercial financing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred; experience in business setup consulting, corporate services or UAE company formation highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones and onshore/offshore structures is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client engagements at once.
