Business Studies Teacher – Immediate Start

About the role

GEMS Metropole School Al Waha is seeking a Business Studies Teacher to join its vibrant international community in Dubai with an immediate start. This role offers the chance to deliver a forward‑thinking Business curriculum to GCSE and A‑Level students while contributing to a world‑class learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Business Studies lessons for GCSE and A‑Level cohorts.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods, including the use of AI tools, to enhance student engagement.
• Prepare lesson materials, assignments and examinations in line with the school’s curriculum standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve academic excellence.
• Participate actively in extra‑curricular programmes and school community events.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Education or related field with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Qualified teaching experience at GCSE and A‑Level levels.
• Commitment to the school’s values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect and kindness.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, students and parents.
• Willingness to contribute to the school’s sustainable and inclusive community.
