Business Teacher – Al Gharbia

About the role

The Business Teacher will join the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI) in Al Gharbia to deliver high‑quality business education to vocational students. The role focuses on student‑centred teaching, competency‑based assessment and supporting the institute’s administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging business curriculum aligned with vocational standards.
• Conduct competency‑based assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support administrative, promotional and operational activities to ensure smooth institute functioning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and evaluate education and training programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in student‑centred teaching and classroom management.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and assessment practices in business education.
• Ability to implement competency‑based assessment and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with high‑level customer service orientation.
• Awareness of vocational education policies and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing educational needs.
