Business/Sales Executive – Security Systems

About the role

4force security solutions is expanding its sales team across the UAE. As a Business/Sales Executive you will drive new business for a comprehensive portfolio of security and ELV solutions, ranging from access control to smart home automation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for security and ELV solutions, including sliding gates, turnstile systems and AMC contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and after‑sales support.
• Prepare and negotiate AMC contract proposals and annual maintenance agreements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored, high‑performance solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years proven sales experience in security systems, ELV, gate automation or related fields.
• Strong network with UAE clients, facilities‑management companies or channel partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Hunter mindset – proactive in finding and closing deals.
