Buyer – Procurement for Luxury Resort

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Buyer to join its Procurement Team, supporting the Food & Beverage operations of the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, process and order goods and services for F&B in line with procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, handle corrections, cancellations and ensure compliance.
• Monitor quality, cost‑effectiveness and lead‑times, preparing performance reports.
• Maintain supplier relationships, enforce contractual guidelines and conduct stock checks.
• Collaborate with end users and inventory control to optimise stock levels.
• Enforce internal controls for purchases, petty cash and emergency orders.
• Provide cost‑saving recommendations to the Procurement Manager.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years experience in food & beverage procurement within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Experience with BirchStreet is preferred.
• Strong communication, integrity and ability to work under pressure.
