About the role
The Buying Coordinator supports the Buying Manager and team in managing vehicle acquisition and stock movements for Al Futtaim Automotive. The role ensures accurate reporting, documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly buying and stock reports, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
- Create and update vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location and status information in SAP and other systems.
- Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movements between locations, following up on cleaning, servicing and preparation status.
- Maintain organized records, protect confidential information and escalate exceptions such as missing approvals.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a buying or purchase coordination role.
- Proactive, hardworking and motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively.
