About the role
Join Etihad’s Cabin Crew and build an international career from Abu Dhabi. You will represent Etihad worldwide, deliver extraordinary guest experiences and help keep every journey safe while working with a multicultural team.
Required profile
- At least 21 years old and minimum height of 163 cm
- High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform
- Ambitious, passionate about a travel lifestyle and guest‑focused

- Tax‑free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, plus flight‑hour and layover pay
