Cabin Crew Member – Airline Passenger Service

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to act as ambassadors of the airline, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and a positive travel experience throughout each flight.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, perform safety checks, and ensure proper grooming and fitness for assigned flights.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures, administer first aid when needed, and report any irregularities to the cabin supervisor or captain.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, handle cash and credit‑card transactions for onboard sales and charity donations, and promote onboard products to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct pre‑flight equipment checks, oversee cabin cleanliness at transit stations, and complete post‑flight reports and handovers.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher secondary certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Good health, presentable appearance, and ability to work flexible shift patterns.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, ability to handle stressful situations, and excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
