About the role

As the face of Emirates, you will be the primary point of contact for passengers, providing assistance and direction throughout their flight. The role combines exceptional customer service with a strong focus on safety and security, supported by world‑class training at Emirates’ Dubai facility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Assist passengers, delivering excellent service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum height 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements.
