Cafe Manager

About the role

An experienced Cafe Manager is sought in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily cafe operations and company events, ensuring excellent guest service, strong sales performance, cost control, food safety and compliance with company standards. The position is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations, service quality and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, schedule and supervise the team
• Achieve sales and profitability targets while controlling labour costs, inventory and wastage
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, stock management and operational reports
• Ensure strict hygiene, grooming, food safety and health and safety compliance
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
• Plan and manage company events, catering, pop-ups and off-site operations
• Maintain company assets, records and regulatory compliance

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant F&B or hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Café operations experience strongly preferred
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; event management experience is an advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts

Required skills

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of sales, cost control, inventory, cash handling and food safety
