Café Manager – Premium Hospitality Concept

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Café Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a premium specialty coffee and all‑day dining venue in Al Ain. The role focuses on elevating service standards, driving commercial growth and managing a high‑performing hospitality team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house café operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff, fostering a hospitality‑driven environment.
• Maintain strict quality benchmarks for specialty coffee programs and food presentation.
• Monitor financial metrics such as inventory turnover, labour costs and monthly sales.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene regulations and health codes across all service areas.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven managerial experience in UAE F&B, preferably within specialty coffee or premium all‑day dining concepts.
• Strong leadership, guest relationship and financial acumen.

• Yield and cost control analysis.
