Call Center Agent – Corporate (Dubai)

About the role

Our in‑house call centre in Dubai is expanding and seeks a motivated Call Center Agent – Corporate. You will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, delivering a professional and positive first impression while handling inbound enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and distribute incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge.
• Record all interactions in the call‑centre CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to security standards.
• Support overall call‑centre operations and promote company culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a call‑centre agent or similar role in the UAE.
• Preferably background in hospitality or hotel industry.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, telephone etiquette and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
