About the role
Battmobile is looking for a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative to handle inbound inquiries, dispatch service requests and provide high‑quality support for automotive maintenance and emergency services in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, provide information on pricing, policies and technician availability.
- Record and manage service requests in the CRM system and coordinate scheduling with field dispatch teams.
- Follow up on appointments, track progress and address customer satisfaction queries.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisory staff and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in call centre, customer service, telesales or automotive service dispatch.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for call handling and record keeping.
- Strong problem‑solving and complaint resolution abilities.
