About the role

The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, resolve inquiries, complaints and technical issues, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. The role supports both sales and service functions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls professionally and provide personalized service.
  • Log and follow up on customer requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Update customer database with contact details and interaction history.
  • Handle customer care emails and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Perform outbound calls for appointments, surveys and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or call centre experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing demands.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM databases and data entry.
  • Fast and accurate typing.
  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette and call centre best practices.
