Call Center Agent – Fresh Graduate (Emirati)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Emirati fresh graduate to join our banking call centre team. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, providing assistance on banking products, and delivering a high standard of service in line with our compliance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls professionally, addressing inquiries about accounts, transactions, products, and services.
• Support customers using digital banking platforms, card services, and loan‑related queries.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and forward unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
• Achieve defined service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM call centre systems.
• Experience using digital banking platforms.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
