Call Center Representative – Arabic & English Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative fluent in Arabic and English to join The Cobbler’s Client Services team in Dubai. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing premium support to customers of our luxury shoe, handbag and leather‑goods boutiques.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer calls professionally, addressing service inquiries, bookings, order updates and after‑sales support.
• Resolve client concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately record all interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with boutiques, production and client service teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or client relations role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and composure under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or related service industry is an advantage.
