Call Center Representative – Automotive Customer Service

About the role

Join BMW Group Retail Middle East as a Call Center Representative, delivering tailored automotive support to customers across the region. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a memorable experience that builds brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to queries about products, services, promotions, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
• Assist customers with booking service appointments, test drives, and vehicle information requests.
• Record customer complaints, escalate complex issues, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Capture leads from calls and forward them to the sales team.
• Promote special offers, new vehicle launches, and after‑sales services, supporting cross‑selling and upselling.

Required profile

• Ability to handle difficult interactions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
