Care Advisor

About the role

The Care Advisor joins Allianz Services' Care Centre in Abu Dhabi, handling inbound and outbound calls related to medical products and services. You will ensure timely, high‑quality customer interactions while documenting each conversation for follow‑up and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers or providers with medical inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑up cases, additional medical reports, second opinions, and complaints.
• Document telephone conversations, actions taken, and update the customer database.
• Maintain communication with the Care Centre Team Leader and Assistant Manager.
• Close‑loop each call by completing clerical duties and liaising with other departments.
• Adjudicate pre‑approval claims that exceed standard turnaround time.
• Issue Guarantee of Payment (GOP) documents as required.
• Work effectively with AI‑driven tools while adhering to data governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; medical background preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a call‑centre or customer‑service environment, preferably in TPA hospitals or medical centres.
• Physically fit to perform duties.
• Legally permitted to work in the United Arab Emirates.
