Cashier – Luna Dubai

About the role

The Cashier will support the Food & Beverage operation at Four Seasons Dubai, ensuring smooth financial transactions and excellent guest service in a boutique‑style luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare for the shift, maintain Symphony, printers, guest checks and folders.
• Prepare the float for the department.
• Meet, greet and bid farewell to guests according to standards.
• Open and close the cash bill and enter all data correctly in Symphony.
• Ensure all transactions are correct and financial documents are accurate.
• Maintain a tidy workplace and adhere to Four Seasons policies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar cashier or F&B role.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Symphony POS system.
• Familiarity with hotel and food‑and‑beverage software.
