About the role
The Category Manager will lead strategic procurement activities for soft services, ensuring the right vendors are selected, quality standards are met, and company policies are followed.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, including spend analysis, tender preparation, and supplier pre‑qualification.
- Lead the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement, PO approval, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage new project mobilization by defining material and service delivery plans and monitoring budgets.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, prepare spend reports, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in soft services procurement and category management.
- Proven experience in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and project mobilization.

- Procurement ERP systems and vendor portal usage.
