CCTV Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

The CCTV Technician will install, commission, and maintain surveillance systems for critical oil & gas projects. You will work closely with security, IT, and operations teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality video monitoring across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission IP and analog CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and VMS platforms.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot faults in cameras, recording devices, network infrastructure, and monitoring stations.
• Carry out cable laying, termination, testing, labeling, and documentation for CCTV and related security systems.
• Monitor system performance, verify image quality, and support integration with access control and intrusion detection systems.
• Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and system documentation in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a CCTV Technician, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical or industrial projects.
• Hands‑on experience with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV and security systems.
