Channel Account Manager - Consumer Technology (Arabic/English)

About the role

RMG Talent is recruiting, on behalf of a global sales and marketing outsourcing company supporting the EMEA team of a leading global technology brand, a Channel Account Manager for consumer technology in the UAE. The position is fully remote and open to candidates fluent in native Arabic and professional English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with channel partners, resellers and technology partners
• Drive revenue growth through partner engagement, account development and joint sales initiatives
• Identify and recruit new channel partners where required
• Support partners in building sales pipelines, identifying opportunities and closing deals
• Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and decision-makers
• Present product and solution positioning to partners and business customers
• Monitor partner performance, sales targets, pipeline development and commercial results
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and partner activity reports
• Work with internal sales, account management and regional teams, and contribute to regional channel sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives

Required profile

• 2-3 years of B2B technology sales experience (cybersecurity, channel/distributor sales or enterprise SaaS sales)
• Hands-on experience managing resellers, distributors, systems integrators or similar partners
• Measurable record of generating revenue through partners (targets, attainment and deal sizes)
• Exposure to SaaS, cloud solutions, enterprise software, IT hardware or enterprise technology
• Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management and account development
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Native-level Arabic and professional English; based in the UAE

• Variable compensation of around 20% bonus/commission on base, with an all-in package up to AED 30,000 per month
