Channel Manager

About the role

The Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, recruiting and managing partners, and growing market share for the assigned service or product line in the Dubai region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners to expand sales.
• Build a solid channel/customer database, analyse data and develop metrics for loyalty and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and specify requirements for current and future services/products.
• Execute the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, tracking credit performance.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the service/product line.
• Provide high‑level support to channel partners and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
• Promote the company's services/products within the region and oversee targeted marketing programs.
• Utilise Salesforce.com CRM for lead, opportunity and deal registration management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in channel expansion or channel management, preferably across the Gulf region.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
