Channel Partner Specialist - Dubai

About the role

FARO INSIGHT, part of AMETEK, is looking for a Channel Partner Specialist based in the UAE to support its growth across the Middle East and Africa. The role works closely with distributors, channel partners and internal teams to drive partner success, operational excellence and revenue growth. It acts as the main interface between internal teams, distributors and channel managers, covering partner onboarding, sales operations, reporting and partner enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for distributors and channel partners, supporting onboarding and ongoing engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with channel stakeholders and assist Channel Managers in growing partners
• Prepare quotations, manage sales documentation and keep CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasts accurate
• Ensure compliance documentation and support channel performance monitoring, regional business reviews and performance reporting
• Support training, demos, partner events, marketing initiatives and lead generation
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Technical teams to run regional growth initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience supporting distributors, resellers or partner networks
• Minimum 2 to 5 years in channel sales, indirect sales, partner management or sales operations
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
• International experience, especially Middle East/Africa/APAC, is advantageous
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
