Charge Nurse – HealthHub Al Nahda Clinic

About the role

As a Charge Nurse at HealthHub Al Nahda, you will support day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensure safe and patient‑centred care, and lead the nursing team in a busy multidisciplinary outpatient clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team during daily operations, managing staffing, workflow and patient flow.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentor nurses, and support onboarding and professional development.
• Assist physicians during consultations, procedures and patient assessments, and oversee chronic disease management.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑prevention standards and maintain EMR documentation quality.
• Monitor nursing supplies, medications and equipment, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a BSN or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience and at least 2 years in a senior/charge nurse role.
• Experience in outpatient, ambulatory or multispecialty clinic settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and patient‑safety knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR and clinical documentation platforms.
• BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS certification (advantageous).
• Fluent English; Arabic or Tagalog language skills are a plus.
