About the role
The Charge Nurse will provide direct care to patients assigned within the hospital, following the established Nursing Process. This role ensures high‑quality patient care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and supporting professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care based on the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Uphold professional nursing standards through ongoing education and development activities.
- Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure consistent and safe patient care delivery.
