Chartered Accountant – Financial Reporting & Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our Group's financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial decisions. The role involves comprehensive bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
• Record and classify accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and other financial activities.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for effective fund management.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, staying updated on tax regulations and identifying tax‑saving opportunities.
• Manage rent payment processes, vendor invoice payments and maintain records of bounced cheques.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and periodicals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
