Chef de Partie – International Cuisine

About the role

Kitopi is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie – International Cuisine to join its dynamic kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing nutritious, balanced, and high‑quality dishes while ensuring excellent presentation and consistency across starters, salads, main courses, and desserts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items including starters, salads, main courses and desserts.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation to meet brand standards.
• Manage your section efficiently during service and uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Control food waste, assist with stock management, and support junior kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in international concepts.
• Good knowledge of nutrition‑focused cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment with strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a positive mindset.
