About the role

We are seeking a talented Chef to join the corporate division of a reputable group in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the preparation of both European and Pan‑Asian dishes, ensuring every plate meets the highest standards of taste, nutrition and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and present a diverse range of European cuisine dishes.
  • Execute Pan‑Asian specialties including Dim sum, Sushi, Chinese, Thai and Teppanyaki.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
  • Develop healthy menu items using nutritious ingredients.
  • Uphold consistent quality and presentation standards across all meals.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in European and Pan‑Asian culinary techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to create nutritious, health‑focused dishes.
  • Passion for maintaining high culinary standards.
