Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing the full spectrum of finance functions including fund management, treasury, budgeting, and compliance across all operating entities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure global funding sources, manage fund allocation, and maintain a robust dashboard for ROI tracking.
• Develop and align the company’s financial strategy with business objectives, advising the Chairman and CEO on performance, risk, and investment decisions.
• Lead cash‑flow, treasury, and banking relationships to optimise working capital and secure credit facilities.
• Design and manage rolling financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long‑range planning for real‑estate developments.
• Ensure timely month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closes, compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and oversee statutory audits.
• Drive automation initiatives across finance and the wider organisation.

Required profile

• CA/ACCA/CPA or CFA qualification with 20+ years of finance experience.
• At least 10 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO or equivalent), preferably in the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Strong communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and high tenacity.
