About the role

The Cinema Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Roxy Cinema, one of Dubai Holding Entertainment’s premium cinema venues. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily cinema operations, maintaining high guest service standards.
• Create and nurture a positive, guest‑focused culture among staff.
• Monitor operational effectiveness and support revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the cinema team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and company operational standards.
• Oversee commercial performance, analysing KPIs and implementing improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a cinema or similar entertainment venue.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to drive commercial results and manage budgets.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety and security regulations.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on service quality.
