Citizen & Culture Executive

About the role

The Citizen & Culture Executive supports day‑to‑day operations for both Earth HQ and hotel sites, ensuring a smooth, organised experience for all employees (referred to as Citizens) from recruitment through everyday administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, inductions and orientation for new Citizens across HQ and hotels.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee files, track probation periods, movements and other citizen‑related records.
• Manage visa processes, medicals, Emirates ID applications and liaise with PROs and government entities.
• Support compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal People procedures.
• Act as primary contact for daily citizen queries, attendance, leave and scheduling administration.
• Plan and execute citizen engagement, internal communication and culture initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment coordination, job postings, interview scheduling and hiring administration for operational and corporate support roles.
• Provide monthly payroll inputs, ensuring attendance, leave balances, new joiners, leavers and salary changes are accurately recorded.
