About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects from start to finish. The role demands a strong focus on quality, safety, budget control and timely delivery while coordinating diverse teams on site.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and supervise site operations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, address site‑related issues promptly and maintain safety regulations.
- Ensure that project budgets are adhered to and that quality benchmarks are met.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of contracting experience within the UAE.
