About the role
Day to Day General Maintenance & Cleaning is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join its facilities management team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supervising civil works for maintenance and project sites, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil works for maintenance and project sites.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and ensure project quality.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and renovation works.
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication and client‑handling skills.
- U.A.E. driving licence preferred.
