Civil Engineer – Fresher (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Al Marwan Group, founded in 1978 and active in construction, heavy machinery, oil and gas, real estate, development and hospitality across the GCC, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Civil Engineering graduate fluent in Arabic who can join immediately. The role supports the Piling Estimation Team in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions for piling and foundation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Piling Estimation Team in preparing cost estimates for piling and foundation works.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and cost calculations.
• Support the preparation of estimation reports and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
• Maintain accurate estimation records and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and estimation principles is an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical and communication skills.
