About the role
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead land development projects, turning calculations and research into actionable engineering plans. The successful candidate will combine strong design abilities with excellent organizational and communication skills to deliver projects that meet all outlined criteria.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project managers to define timelines and design specifications.
- Create detailed diagrams, visual aids, and design documents using AutoCAD.
- Execute project phases in accordance with established criteria and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site design, land development, and land‑use permitting.
- Prior work experience in the UAE.
- Warehouse project experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
