About the role
The role involves managing end‑to‑end delivery of civil engineering projects in the UAE, covering mobilisation, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, manage project finances, cash flows and subcontractor payment certificates.
- Develop and maintain master schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth daily execution.
- Coordinate with Abu Dhabi municipal departments for drawing approvals and permits.
- Enforce project quality standards, safety regulations and UAE HSE laws.
- Lead progress meetings and report status, risks and technical solutions to clients, consultants and senior management.
