Civil Foreman - High-Rise, Residential & Villa Projects

About the role

A leading contracting company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on site. The position suits someone with strong civil works, site supervision and team management experience, with exposure to high-rise buildings, residential and villa projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at site
• Manage site workers, subcontractors and assigned teams
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Monitor concrete works, block works, plastering, finishing and general civil activities
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project targets
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment, and conduct regular inspections to maintain quality
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned works
• Read and understand construction drawings and site instructions
• Report site progress, manpower needs and work issues to management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and site regulations, and support coordination between site activities

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects
• Strong experience in civil works for high-rise, residential and villa projects
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution
• Ability to manage and lead site teams effectively
• Experience working with contracting companies in the UAE is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
