About the role
Careers International is hiring a Civil Foreman (Landscaping) in Dubai. The foreman coordinates the work of other construction workers on a project site, including skilled and unskilled labourers, and helps keep projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate materials and labour costs for specific projects
- Coordinate the work of other construction workers on site, including skilled and unskilled labourers
- Schedule work crews so that projects are completed on time
- Coordinate with architects or engineers so that construction plans meet building codes and standards
- Review blueprints and other construction plans to judge the feasibility of design ideas
Required profile
- High school diploma; a relevant certificate may be required
- On-the-job training as a landscape crew member
- Experience in a leadership role is advantageous
- Ability to give clear written and verbal instructions
