About the role
CUBE Innovators Technologies LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Civil Project Data Entry Specialist to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on entering, verifying, and managing data related to civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter data from project documents into designated software systems.
- Verify data from scanned copies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Use specialized software for data entry and document management.
- Perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Handle sensitive project documents with care and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (freshers welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Must be available for an in‑office role in Dubai.
- Candidates with an own or family‑sponsored visa are preferred.
