About the role
Careers International is recruiting an experienced Civil Site Engineer for a DEWA substation project in the UAE. The position is full time, based in Dubai, and pays AED 12,000 to 18,000 per month depending on experience and profile. DEWA Substation Approval is mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise civil works at DEWA substation project sites.
- Ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site execution, quality and progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
- Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and DEWA representatives.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- Relevant civil construction or substation experience.
- Valid DEWA Substation Approval (mandatory).
- UAE project experience preferred.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of site execution and construction drawings.
- Good project coordination and site-management skills.
