Civil Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out & Renovation

About the role

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking a hands‑on Civil Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day activities on interior fit‑out and renovation sites in Dubai. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors and site workers to ensure high‑quality delivery, schedule adherence and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on‑site, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters.
• Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines, task lists and material deliveries.
• Enforce site safety protocols, maintain regulatory compliance and keep accurate site records.
• Prepare weekly progress updates for clients and participate in site meetings.
• Coordinate NOC procedures, building management permits and access permits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on site supervision experience in the UAE interior fit‑out/renovation industry.
• Proven experience supervising residential and/or commercial interior fit‑out projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Required skills

• Ability to read and work from architectural, joinery, MEP and interior fit‑out drawings.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing subcontractors.
• Knowledge of NOC procedures and building management requirements in Dubai.
