About the role
A growing organisation in the construction and civil engineering industry is hiring a Civil Site Supervisor in Dubai. The role manages day-to-day civil site operations and ensures work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil works on site, including structural, finishing and external works.
- Coordinate tasks with foremen, subcontractors and engineers.
- Monitor progress, manpower allocation and material requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance with project specifications.
- Report site progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
Required profile
- 4 to 8 years of civil site supervision experience in the UAE.
- Ability to lead teams and enforce safety protocols.
