Clearance Documentation & Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Clearance Documentation & Sales Coordinator to manage customs clearance documentation while supporting sales and customer service functions. Based in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, you will act as a vital link between customers, customs authorities, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit clearance documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities to secure timely clearance of shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues, and ensure on‑time delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Support sales activities within the logistics and supply‑chain function, generating leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
