Client Director - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Client Director with 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing and client leadership to grow new and existing business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pitching and RFP processes, developing winning proposals and commercial frameworks.
• Own and deliver against assigned revenue targets, driving new business acquisition and pipeline growth.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Develop integrated full‑funnel digital strategies covering awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with internal performance, media, creative, content and analytics teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in client servicing, account leadership or business development within digital marketing.
• Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs and leading successful pitches.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets.
• Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
