Client Outreach Associate - Graduate Entry Level

About the role

Idenfo, which builds AI-powered KYC, AML and digital onboarding solutions for banks, FinTechs and regulated businesses, is looking for a graduate-level Client Outreach Associate in Dubai. The role supports lead generation and business development across several regions, helping identify prospects, run outreach campaigns and drive engagement with potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and organise leads, focusing on DNFBP companies such as real estate, gold and audit firms.
• Maintain lead data in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring accuracy, tagging and deduplication.
• Carry out market research to expand and enrich lead databases.
• Run targeted email outreach campaigns and track opens, clicks and responses.
• Make initial sales calls, qualify leads and schedule product demos.
• Work with sales and marketing teams on lead handover and campaign execution, and keep daily activity updates.
• Communicate professionally in English, written and spoken.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, consulting or business development.
• Strong written and verbal English; French, Arabic, Dutch or German is preferred.
• Ability to research, organise and manage several tasks at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CRM experience (e.g. Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools) is a plus.
